Cardiff Contemporary is a biennial, city-wide visual arts event spanning existing venues, appropriated spaces and outdoor locations across the Welsh capital. The 2016 edition gathered the city’s arts community and both local and international artists to create and display new work, with ambitious commissions clearly deserving of wider, public attention. Working directly with the artists and the curatorial team, long lead planning, media event handling and picture publicity resulted in coverage across the Welsh, national and international media.
