Asked to write the press releases for Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds’ third studio album, Who Built The Moon? the artist’s management and label looked for appropriate positioning amongst the international media to represent a notable change in direction. Whilst tempering the language so not to as alienate Gallagher’s core support, the prospect of a collaborative and experimental album was teased and caused the expected clamour amongst the world’s music press to hear the material after it was handed over to his PR agency.
